Directions: Adulta: Take two tablets per day with food or drink.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), silicon dioxide, beetroot, talc, caramel (for color).

WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or is tampered with. Store in a cool, dry place. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage.
