Directions: (Adult) Take three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning prior to breakfast and three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels in the evening prior to bedtime. Drink a full glass (8oz) of water with each serving. If stools are loose, reduce Liquid Soft-Gels intake.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, purified water, glycerin, beeswax, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide, sodium copper chlorophyllin, silicon dioxide and maltodextrin.
