Probiotics are all different and have different ingredients and for someone that has issues with gluten and dairy (but never realized so many others have one or both of those ingredients) this is by far the best one ever. All of puritans pride products are amazing, I just had to find the right one for my body specifically and this was it!!!

The only problem I have is that the lots I receive on my "buy 1 get 1 free offer" expire before I can use them all up!! I've tried to rectify this situation with Customer Service, but I was informed that my Lot Numbered items were the only ones available at that time. I was stuck with 300 capsules and only one-third of them would be used before their "use before" date.

As the product info states, a bottle lasts about 8 months but due to the active bacteria, the product has a VERY short shelf life! I just received my order (8/2019)and they expire 9/2020. I will NEVER use three bottles before that.
