Artificial Tears Lubricant Eye Drops

Active Ingredients:
Glycerin 0.2%
Hypromellose 0.2%
Polyethylene glycol 400 1%

Directions: Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. Children under 6 years of age; ask a doctor.

Other Ingredients: benzalkonium chloride, dextrose, edetate disodium, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate dibasic, sodium phosphate monobasic.

WARNING: When using this product remove contact lenses before using, do not use this solution if it changes color or becomes cloudy, avoid contamination; do not touch tip of container to any surface, replace cap after each use, some users may experience a brief tingling sensation. Stop use and ask a doctor if you feel eye pain, changes in vision occur, redness or irritation of the eye lasts or gets worse. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep Out of the reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact Poison Control Center right away. Store at room temperature.
