Fish Oil contains beneficial fatty acids EPA and DHA to help promote heart, circulatory, and metabolic health.* Recent research highlights the importance getting of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids. These are considered to be "good" fats that are important for the structure of all membranes in the body.*

Coenzyme Q-10, a powerful antioxidant, is included in this formula to help fight free radicals in cells.* One serving of Omega-3 Fish Oil Plus Q-Sorb™ Co Q-10 provides 300 mg total EPA, DHA and other omega-3 fatty acids.

Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Plus, Omega 3's help to regulate the production of molecules that can affect joint health.* Our fish oil is purified to eliminate mercury, PCBs and dioxins.*
