Garcinia Cambogia is a small pumpkin-shaped fruit that is native to Indonesia. It is related to the superfruit Mangosteen and is sometimes called tamarind, brindleberry or camboge. Garcinia Cambogia has been used in Ayurvedic practices for hundreds of years.
