Directions: Adults-take one tablet one to two times daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Lactose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Citric Acid and Stearic Acid. Each 550 mg of Magnesium Gluconate has 30 mg of elemental magnesium.

This product contains milk (dairy) (lactose).
