Directions: Take 1 capsule per day on an empty stomach prior to the evening meal or as directed by your qualified health care professional.

Other Ingredients: Magensium stearate (vegetable source), cellulose and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
