"HPUS" indicated the active ingredients are in the official Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.

Directions: Adults and children 12 years and older: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 4 hours, 6 times per day. Children ages 6-12: Dissolve 1-2 tablets under tongue every 4 hours, 6 times per day.

Other Ingredients: Acacia Gum, Lactose N.F
