From our home page, you will be able to Browse through the product categories (the same categories as in the printed catalog). Or, search for a product by product name, product number or description by entering your search terms in the search box located at the top left hand side of the site.

Either method will retrieve a list of products, sizes available, and their price(s). To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on product image or product name. If the label information is not available online, you can request the label information for that product from customer service using our feedback form.

Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase, click on the Add To Cart button. This will put that product to your Shopping Cart where you can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update button. You can also remove a product by selecting Remove Item.

Method 1: Quick Order Form
Do you already know the item numbers of all the vitamins you are looking for?

Simply use the Quick Order Form link in the upper right hand corner of the page. Enter products by Item Number and the quantity desired. Once you are done click the "Add To Cart" button. All the items will appear in your cart for you to review, at which point you can change quantities, remove the item, continue shopping, or proceed to the secure online check out.

Method 2: My Favorites
Step 1: Click on the 'My Favorites List' button located on the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on the 'Add Products' button
Step 3: Start entering the product #'s of all of the items you wish to save in your 'My Favorites List'.
Step 4: Once you've added all of your products, click on the 'Add Products' button.
Step 5: You should now see all of your items in your 'My Favorites List'. From here, you can now manage your list.

To add items to your list: Click the 'Add Products' button and continue from Step 3.

To remove an item(s): Simply click 'remove item' located to the right of each item you wish to remove.

To add an item to your shopping cart: Simply click the box to the left of each item and a √ mark will appear. Now click the 'Add Selected To Cart' button. You should now see the item(s) you checked in your shopping cart. From here, you may either continue shopping or begin the check-out process.

How to use "My Favorites List

With the 'My Favorites List' feature, you can store your favorite items in a category created just for you. Easy one-click ordering will allow you to select which items you want to put in your shopping cart. In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your 'cookies'enabled on your computer. Please remember, your list will only be available from the computer you created it on.

Step 1: Click on the 'My Favorites List' button located on the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on the 'Add Products' button
Step 3: Start entering the product #'s of all of the items you wish to save in your 'My Favorites List'.
Step 4: Once you've added all of your products, click on the 'Add Products' button.
Step 5: You should now see all of your items in your 'My Favorites List'. From here, you can now manage your list.

To create an account, simply select "Log In/Register" on the top navigation bar. From there, you will be able to register with us. Domestic Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipments have a base rate of $4.95. For an additional charge, faster delivery is available via 2nd day Air or Next Day Air service. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands a $4.99 surcharge will be applied. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST do not process until the next business day. Orders received on the weekend (Friday after 3:00pm EST, Saturday & Sunday) will not be processed until Monday morning.

Our international shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based upon your items and their destination country. Unless otherwise noted, free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. For your convenience we offer three localized Puritan's Pride web-sites in Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

We offer fast, reliable shipping via DHL International. In some countries, DHL may also interface with local carriers for the final delivery of your package.

International Customer Addresses
To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.

International Tracking information
We currently do not provide tracking information for international packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is processed and shipped by our fulfillment center. Please email us at custserv@puritan.com if your package is taking an extended period of time to be delivered. We will track the package with the carrier to understand the delay.
