Directions: Mix entire bottle of Essiac powder with 88 fl oz water, cook and prepare as directed on back of the PEEL OFF label. Drink 2 fl oz to 3 fl oz two to three times daily, one hour before or after meals. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare practitioner.
