Directions: Adults take one tablet daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with a meal.

Other Ingredients: Microcystalline cellulose, Stearic Acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), magnesium stearate, silica, pharmaceutical glaze, magnesium silicate, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, mineral oil, ethyl cellulose, iron oxide, triacetin, acetylated monoglycerides, and oleic acid.

WARNING: The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advise and supervision of a physician. Iron-containing medication may occasionally cause constipation or diarrhea. Since oral iron products interfere with absorption of oral tetracycline antibiotics, these products should not be taken within two hours of each other. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
