Niacinamide 500 mg Description

Niacin as Niacinamide is also known as Vitamin B-3 and is part of the B Vitamins. The B vitamins are made up of several essential nutrients that provide nourishment for the occasional stress of daily living.* Each nutrient in the B Vitamin Complex performs a unique role in maintaining proper metabolic functioning and is essential for well-being.*

Niacin supports carbohydrate and protein metabolism once it is converted in the body to NAD.* NAD works with enzymes to help convert food to cellular energy.* It is part of a coenzyme needed for carbohydrate and protein metabolism.  Niacin supports cellular energy.* Niacin supports health health.* It also helps support healthy skin.*

Recommended dosage of Niacinamide 500 mg: take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
