What are Puritan’s Pride® Personalized Vitamin Packs?

Puritan’s Pride® Personalized Vitamin Packs are an affordable monthly subscription of personalized vitamins in convenient daily packs. Every 28 days, our customers receive their science-backed supplement program delivered straight to their door. How do I get started?

It’s as simple as taking our personalized quiz. Answer a few questions about your lifestyle, diet, and health goals, and we’ll recommend vitamins and supplements for you. Click here to get started.

Once you finalize your selections, you can place your order to start a monthly subscription. You can then change or cancel your subscription at any time.


Do I need an account to sign up?

Yes, you will need an account in order to manage your monthly orders. If you are a registered www.puritan.com customer, you will be prompted to login during the quiz. If you are new to www.puritan.com, you will be prompted to create an account prior to checkout.


Where do you ship Personalized Vitamin Packs?

Our Personalized Vitamin Packs can be delivered within the 50 U.S. states, to P.O. Boxes, and to military addresses.


Do you ship Personalized Vitamin Packs internationally?

We do not currently ship Personalized Vitamin Packs to international locations, but you can still shop Puritan’s Pride full assortment of vitamin and supplement bottles by clicking here.


How many packs do I receive?

The number of packs you receive per monthly shipment will vary depending on your recommended supplement program (from 28 to 84 packs). Our experts optimize your program by delivering packs for the times of day that will be most beneficial to you. This means you may receive packs for the morning, evening, and/or night.

Once you're near the end of a month, we'll be preparing a new box to arrive before you run out.


Where are your supplements manufactured?

Puritan’s Pride® supplements are manufactured in the United States with ingredients sourced from around the world.


Can I add things to my pack that aren't recommended to me?

Yes. After taking our quiz, you will receive a list of recommended vitamins and supplements. In addition, you’ll be able to browse all of our pill products and select any that you may want to add to your regimen before placing your order.

Once you’ve begun receiving recurring monthly orders, you will also be able to add items to your pack by visiting the “Change Order” page in your account.


Can I use coupons for Personalized Vitamin Pack orders?

You will receive 25% off your first month of Personalized Vitamin Packs automatically. No coupon code required! Separate coupon codes cannot be applied to Personalized Vitamin Pack orders.


Do you offer free shipping on Personalized Vitamin Packs?

Yes! Free shipping is available on orders of $49 or more.
Please note:

  • $49 calculated after any coupon codes are applied and before any applicable sales tax and shipping charges are applied.
  • Recurring monthly orders must also be above $49 to receive free shipping. Otherwise, each order will cost $4.95 to ship.
  • For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, a $5.99 surcharge will be applied
  • As usual, our Puritan’s Perks® rewards program Health Warriors enjoy free shipping


How do I change my next order date?

Login to your www.puritan.com account. In the left-hand account navigation under “Manage Personalized Vitamin Packs”, select “Change Order Date.” You can then select a new expected delivery date from the calendar. Once you have selected a new date, click “Update Shipment.”


Can I change the items in my pack for my next order?

Absolutely. Just login to your www.puritan.com account. In the left-hand account navigation under “Manage Personalized Vitamin Packs”, select “Edit Order.” From there, you can view the items in your pack and select the “edit my pack” option at the bottom of the page to add or remove items from your next order.


Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, you can. Log in to your www.puritan.com account and select “Shipping Address” in the left-hand account navigation, then edit your address. If your current order has already processed, this change will affect your next order.


Can I update the payment method for my recurring orders?

Yes you can! Log in to your www.puritan.com account and select “Billing & Credit Card” in the left-hand account navigation, then edit your credit card. If your current order has already processed, this change will affect your next order.

The default credit card on your account will always be used for your recurring monthly orders


Can I track my order?

Yes. Just login to your www.puritan.com account and select “Order History” in the left-hand navigation. Then click “View Details” next to the order you would like to track to see the latest status information.


What happens if an item in my pack is out of stock?

We work hard to ensure all of your vitamins and supplements are available to you every month.

In the unlikely event an individual pill in your pack is out of stock, we will wait up to 7 days for the item to come in before shipping your pack. If the item has not become available within 7 days, we will ship your pack without that one item (and you will not be charged for it).


When do my products expire?

Each time you receive your vitamin packs, you’ll also receive a brochure detailing your order. You will find an expiration date listed on the inside cover.


How can I cancel an order?

You cannot cancel a single recurring vitamin pack subscription order, but you do have the ability to pause or delay it. Just visit your www.puritan.com account. In the left-hand account navigation under “Manage Personalized Vitamin Packs”, select “Change Order Date.” You can then select a new expected delivery date from the calendar or select a 1-week or 2-week delay. Once you have selected a new date, click “Update Shipment.”


How can I cancel my subscription?

We’ll be sad to see you go! You always have the ability to delay your shipment or reduce the items in your order by visiting your www.puritan.com account and clicking “Change Order Date” or “Change Order” under “Manage Personalized Vitamin Packs.”

If you would still like to cancel, you can do so by visiting your www.puritan.com account page and clicking “Pause/Cancel Subscription” under “Manage Personalized Vitamin Packs.


How do I resume my subscription?

You can restart a subscription by visiting your account. Click here to reactivate.


What is your return policy for Personalized Vitamin Packs?

Due to the personalized nature of our vitamin packs, we cannot accept returns. However, if you need to return your vitamin packs due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact our Customer Care team, tell us what happened, and we’ll do our best to make it right.


How does the Puritan’s Perks® rewards program work with Personalized Vitamin Packs?

As always, the Puritan’s Perks® rewards program is free to join, and we’re excited to extend the benefits to our Personalized Vitamin Pack customers. Puritan’s Perks® members earn points for every Personalized Vitamin Packs order, just as they do for non-recurring bottle purchases. Can I use my Puritan’s Perks® rewards towards my Personalized Vitamin Pack purchase?

Unfortunately, Puritan’s Perks® points cannot currently be redeemed for savings on recurring Personalized Vitamin Pack orders. However, points can be redeemed for savings on non-recurring orders, for bonus gifts, or for charitable donations. For more information, please visit the Puritan’s Perks® reward program ‘FAQs’.


How are Puritan’s Perks® points calculated for Personalized Vitamin Packs?

To calculate the point value for Personalized Vitamin Packs, divide the per item total by 28 for the 28-day pill supply, multiply by 10 to convert to points, then round to the closest whole number (if below .5 round down, and if .5 or above round up). Lastly, multiply this point value by the number of pills. Points are earned at an item level based on the cost after applying all eligible promotional coupons, Puritan’s Perks rewards (redeemed points), and before shipping and taxes. Please note, if you have 2 of the same item divide the per item total by 56 for the 28-day pill supply times 2.

For example:
If an item’s total cost of $4.48:

  • The total cost ($4.48) will be divided by the total number of pills in a shipment (28) to get the per pill item cost ($0.16)
  • This per pill item cost ($0.16) will then be converted to points ($0.16 x 10 points = 1.60, rounded up = 2 points)
  • The purchase of the pack with this item (cost = $4.48) will earn 56 points (2 x 28 = 56)

If an item’s total cost of $0.63:
  • The total cost ($0.63) will be divided by the total number of pills in a shipment (28) to get the per pill cost ($0.0225)
  • This per pill item cost ($0.0225) will then be converted to points ($0.0225 x 10 points = 0.225, rounded down = 0 points)
  • The purchase of the pack with this item (cost = $0.63) will earn 0 points (0 x 28 = 0)

There are some items that may automatically result in 0 points being earned. If you wish to have points for these items be manually added to your account, please reach out to us at 1.800.645.1030 and a Customer Care Representative will assist you.

Why did my price change for my second order? Is the discount for the first month only or is it ongoing?

We offer a discount on your first month of Personalized Vitamin Packs. After that, your recurring monthly orders will process at full price. If you are interested in reducing the cost of your recurring orders, you can remove items from your pack by visiting your account.

What is the difference between the Auto Ship & Save Program and Personalized Vitamins Packs?

Our Auto Ship & Save Program offers you the ability to schedule automatic deliveries of our vitamin and supplement bottle products on an ongoing schedule of your choice. To learn more about the program, visit www.puritan.com/autoshipandsave

Our Personalized Vitamin Packs offers you the ability to receive a specific vitamin regimen, tailored to you, delivered in convenient, portioned daily packs on a monthly (28-day) schedule. To get started, take the quiz.
