Directions: For adults, take one (1) caplet three to six times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

Other Ingredients: Dextrose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid. Contains <2% of: Maltodextrin, Natural Palm Leaf Glaze, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
