Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule six times daily, preferably with meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.

Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Gelatin. Contains <2% of: Magnesium Silicate, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
