Rated 5 out of 5 by from works well taking one per day seems to help my joints feel better. I have not tried upping my dosage. I started to take this because LL Cool J said he does 2 in the morning and 2 at night and feels "spiderman good". I might go to 2 a day soon and see how I progress. Will buy more for sure.

Nothing has done the job until I got your product, My wife and cousin, and we are all 63 years young, are more than pleased with the results and the improvement was within 5 days. I have now been using the product for 51 days and will take it forever. Thanks for this wonderful product. At last, something that lives up to its claims.
