Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule three (3) times daily, preferably with water.

Other Ingredients: Soy Lecithin, Hydroxypropyl, Methylcellulose, Olive Oil, Quick-Sorb® (ginger rhizome, amla fruit, capsicum fruit).
