    Vitamin K 100 mcg 125%
      (K-2(MK 4) (Menaquinone)
    Directions: Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.

    Other Ingredients: Di-Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Gelatin Acacia and Corn Starch.

    WARNING: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or planning any medical procedure, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry, controlled room environment. If printed heat induced seal appears to be tampered with, do not use product.

    Caution: Vitamin K is contraindicated with blood thinners, people who are on an Aspirin regimen, and or have liver and kidney damage.
