Directions: (Adult) Multi-Herb Digestion & Detox Support™ and Multi-Fiber Cleanse™ are designed to be taken together in the morning and evening with a full glass of water. Start with one (1) tablet of both products in the morning and one (1) tablet of both products in the evening, increasing intake of both products by one (1) tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed three (3) tablets of each product twice 30 days of continual use of this product. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. For best results, follow the enclosed insert.

Other Ingredients: Multi-Herb Digestions & Detox Support: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, natural mint flavor, methylcellulose, sodium starch glycolate, soy polysaccharides and glycerin. Contains: Crustacean Shellfish (lobster, crab, shrimp), Soy. No artificial colors or preservatives.

Other Ingredients: Multi Fiber Cleanse: Stearic acid, hydroxpropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, natural anise flavor, croscarmellose sodium, methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycolate and soy polysaccharides and glycerin. Contains: Dairy, Soy. No artificial colors or preservatives.
