Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily in 8 oz of water or juice. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.

Other Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, de-ionized water, peppermint oil and potassium sorbate (as preservative). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
